This notice covers the Caparix early-access waitlist page only. Last updated August 2026.

Who we are

ALGO TRADING SERVICES LTD ("Caparix", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15313713, Registered Office: 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX, is the data controller for the information collected on this page.

What we collect

• Email address — the address you provide when joining the waitlist.
• IP address — recorded at the moment you give consent, as evidence that consent was given (required under GDPR Art. 7).
• Campaign attribution — if you arrived via an advert or link, we record which one (e.g. "google", "launch"), not any other browsing activity.
• An anonymous visitor identifier — a random value stored in your browser to avoid double-counting visits when we measure interest. It cannot be used to identify you personally and is stored as a one-way hash, not the raw value.

Why we collect it

Solely to run this early-access waitlist: to let you know when Caparix launches, and to measure how many people are interested in the product before we build it further. We do not use this data for any other marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Legal basis

Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by checking the consent box before submitting the form.

Who else sees it

Your email is sent through Microsoft 365 (our email provider) solely to deliver the confirmation email. No other third party has access to this data.

How long we keep it

For the duration of this early-access test only. Once the test concludes, the underlying data is deleted (see our internal teardown process, which permanently removes the database, server logs, and any backups after results are extracted).

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time — this immediately stops any further contact and removes your signup from our active list. To do so, email privacy@caparix.com or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. You also have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
